October Shadows

“An Explorations of Trauma and Healing After October 7”

Two years after the attack of 7 October 2023, Israeli survivors and bereaved families confront psychosocial trauma and attempt recovery on a daily basis. Through intimate stories and quiet observation, the film examines facets of grief and resilience, focusing on the long aftermath rather than the moment of violence. It offers a humane portrait of loss, memory, and the difficult path toward healing.
